Our wonderful Forest Of Dean is full of colourful splendour whether it be the stark tones of winter or the glowing hues of autumn. I never get tired of photographing the beauty of the forest and it’s ever changing shapes and patterns. However in this short album I’ve transformed some of my images to portray the forest in another perspective, monochrome. I’ve used various effects to create some interesting textures and tones which I feel add both impact and intrigue. Whichever way you choose to view, the beauty of The Forest Of Dean cannot be denied. So many trees in the Forest Of Dean
Oak, Birch, and Beech, are just some to be seen
Beauty abounds wherever you walk
Wonderful bird life from Bluetits to Hawks
Find magic in the scowls of Puzzlewood
Or look down from Yat Rock the view is so good
Whatever the season it’s still lovely and green
