Sport
I haven't done much in the way of 'sport' photography but in 2021 my camera club who were photographing their local football team so I thought I would give it a go.
During the same year I visited Brands hatch for a Porsche event. This was only the second time I had attempted motorsport photography, the first being at Mallory Park in the late 60's using then of course film. Brands Hatch is a great circuit with lots of different view points and although I missed quite a few points of focus and captured some blurry images I did 'nail a few' and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. Moving forward I hope to attend more events including in 2022 the Goodwood Revival, so I will add to the portfolios on this page over the coming years. In January 2022 one of my neighbours asked me to take some photographs of his 8 year old son who is into motocross; he was having a practice day. This was my very first attempt at motocross photography and I thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to attend more events throughout the year. There may be other sports I will add to this portfolio so please pop back for a peep.
