MEDIEVAL ARCHERY FESTIVAL - The Archidado Joust is a Medieval Archery Festival. Preceded in the morning by the so-called “Provaccia”, the trial of crossbows and arrows to be used during the joust, whereas the real tournament takes place in the afternoon, when two shooters for each of the five quarters compete on the main square of the town to mark the highest score by target shooting and win the golden arrow. Over 200 archers from around the country take part in this colourful, competitive and exciting event
FESTIVAL MEDIEVALE DI TIRO CON L'ARCO - La Giostra dell'Archidado è una festa medievale di tiro con l'arco. Preceduta al mattino dalla cosiddetta "Provaccia", la prova di balestre e frecce da utilizzare durante la giostra, la vera e propria gara si svolge nel pomeriggio, quando due tiratori per ciascuno dei cinque quartieri si sfidano nella piazza principale del paese per segnare il punteggio più alto al tiro al bersaglio e aggiudicarsi la freccia d'oro. Oltre 200 arcieri provenienti da tutta Italia prendono parte a questo evento colorato, competitivo ed emozionante.
