Parkend Village Carnival Procession
It's wonderful that local villages continue the English traditions of fete's and carnivals. My local village, Parkend, once again put on a lovely event encapsulated by the procession of floats and local people representing a diverse range of social groups. The Bank Holiday weather was gloriously sunny which is always a benefit for these events. Long may it continue.
