Castle Combe Autumn Classic 2023
Another first for me in my growing album of motor sport events, and once again a chance to improve my motorsport photography skills. Celebrating the first Porsche driving in the UK at Castle Combe 70 years ago on the 4th October 1952, by Claude Bannister in a Porsche 356, the Autumn Classic features racing from: GTSCC Touring Car Trophy, GTSCC, F500, Fiscar, Ecurie Classic Racing inc Pre '66 Jaguar & HSCC Griffiths Haig Trophy. Porsche's were well supported by both PCGB and TIPEC owners Group's, but there were an array of marques looking great in the beautiful autumn sunshine. "Ferry Porsche' was once again in attendance.
